With deep roots in West Africa’s mining industry, they began their journey over 30 years ago, working hands-on at the Bogosu Gold Mine on a challenging tankage package. What began as a focused contract soon evolved into a much bigger purpose – to build a homegrown company that could stand shoulder to shoulder with international players.

Driven by grit, technical excellence, and a belief in building something lasting, John and Diana poured their energy into growing Jodi from a small operation into a Tier One contractor. Their leadership was never about shortcuts – it was about doing things right: investing in people, maintaining integrity, and consistently delivering for clients.
