Commercial Director
Patrick is a seasoned construction management professional with 15 years of experience in commercial consultancy and project delivery across the infrastructure, oil & gas, and resource sectors.
He has led multi-disciplinary teams on major Capex and Opex programmes and is highly proficient in JCT, NEC, and IChemE contract forms. Patrick brings strong pre- and post-contract expertise, ensuring compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery while adding value through stakeholder alignment and risk management.
He holds a degree in Construction Management and is a certified contract administration professional.
Project Director
Selasi is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, backed by an MSc in Project Management.
He has worked across various functions including materials control, HSE, quality assurance, field supervision, and full-cycle project management. Selasi’s project experience spans structural, mechanical, piping, and platework installations - particularly within gold and iron ore processing plants, as well as oil and gas infrastructure across West Africa.
His depth of technical knowledge and field leadership makes him a trusted asset in delivering complex industrial projects safely and efficiently.
Administrative Director
Isaac is a proactive business administrator with a combined administrative management experience of 15 years for different businesses. He uses a multi-tasking approach leading teams to solve problems efficiently to see the successful completion of construction projects.
With his extensive experience in the industry coupled with his strong administrative management background in HR, finance, and international business, he is a key player within the team and manages the day-to-day affairs of the business.
Isaac has an MSc in International Business and is dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship, youth development, and volunteering.
